Advantages

The door leaf is made of galvanized steel using seamless technology - without welded joints.

The high-strength 60 mm thick sandwich-type blade and the frame made of galvanized cold-rolled steel have high corrosion resistance.

Hollow-free filling with a high-density non-combustible mineral wool board of 130 kg/m³ ensures the strength and reliability of the door leaf.

Doors can be made solid or glazed, opening to the right or left, with the possibility of installing various additional equipment (glazing, door closer, anti-vandal lining, anti-panic handle, ventilation grille).

Two types of internal opening door frames: for mortise and surface mounting, allow you to take into account all the design features of the room opening.

A removable steel threshold creates additional noise and smoke insulation, providing a tight seal at the bottom of the door. In case of special requirements for premises and buildings of a certain functional purpose (for people with limited mobility), it can be dismantled.

Weather-resistant powder coating in gray (RAL 7035) with a shagreen texture. It is possible to paint in any color according to the RAL map upon individual request.

The door can be used in industrial atmospheres, in areas with temperate and cold climates, in closed heated and ventilated rooms at ambient temperatures from -25 to +40 °C with relative humidity up to 80 %.

If the door is operated from the street side, installation should be done in a cold vestibule to prevent possible condensation on the surface and deformation of finishing materials.

To avoid fading of the door block coating, installation should be carried out using a protective visor to prevent sunlight and precipitation from reaching the surface of the door block.

It is not allowed to close the door leaf with the locks or bolts extended. This can lead to failure of the lock mechanisms and deformation of the bolts.

Foreign objects are not allowed to get into the openings of the door frame, as well as between the frame and the door leaf. It is recommended to cover the door with protective materials during repair and construction work.

It is prohibited to install additional equipment or accessories, or to replace or adjust individual parts yourself without consulting the manufacturer.

Care for decorative panels is carried out in accordance with the requirements for the care of furniture and wooden products. Do not use cleaning agents, aggressive liquids, solvents or abrasives.

If door systems are used for purposes other than their intended purpose, the manufacturer is not responsible for their integrity and proper operation.

It is recommended to lubricate the hinge assembly with a thin layer of lubricant every 6 months.

The door frame for surface mounting is the most popular. The frame of the box simultaneously performs two functions: it covers the installation gap and performs a decorative function.

An internal opening door frame is installed where there are requirements for evacuation or where it is necessary to open the door into the room.

A door frame for mortise installation allows you to install the door both with opening inside and outside the room, and also makes it possible to install the door on the site without a wall.

H × B — the size of the building opening.
H1 × B1 — door block size.
H2 × B2 — clear size.
In the case of a non-standard door block size, the light opening is calculated using the formula:
B2 × H2 = (B1 - 112) × (H - 90) — when opening the door 180°;
B2 × H2 = (B1 - 200) × (H - 90) — when opening the door 90°.
Preparation of the construction opening:
Dismantle the old door and make sure the opening is ready to install the door. If the opening is not ready (there are fastening rods, anchor bolts, uneven surfaces in the form of sagging from plaster, wooden blocks from fastening an old door, etc.), then they must be removed. Also, the opening may require additional processing — expansion or narrowing using additional tools (grinder, level) or materials (brick, foam block, metal profile, etc.).
The prepared opening should have a rectangular shape. The wall thickness must be at least 150 mm. The walls must be even and smooth, without sagging plaster and cracks. The deviation of working surfaces from the vertical and horizontal should not exceed 1.5 mm per meter, but not more than 5 mm. The difference in diagonals is no more than 5 mm. The opening must be of sufficient strength and not contain voids.
