Vertical lifting door for refrigerated rooms IDV series

Medium-temperature and low-temperature vertical lifting doors IDV are designed for organization of entrance groups of refrigeration and freezer compartments of warehouses, terminals, logistics centers, food industry and trade enterprises with high traffic of mechanized loading equipment.
Application:
  • Installation in food production
  • Installation at food retail enterprises
Advantages
High corrosion resistance is ensured by the use of aluminum and galvanized steel.
Reliable protection against mechanical damage during operation.
Full repairability: it is possible to replace any damaged element, including individual panels of the canvas.
Vertical lifting of the canvas does not require free space next to the opening and allows you to place several doors on one wall with a minimum distance between them.
Industrial PIR panels with flammability class G1 (1,150 mm wide) provide the door with high fire-fighting properties.

  1. All measurements are taken indoors. Each value must be measured at least at three different points to avoid inaccuracies.
  2. H is the height of the opening (distance from the floor to the top of the opening).
  3. B — opening width (distance from the left edge to the right edge of the opening).
  4. h1 — lintel (distance from the top of the opening to the obstacle).
  5. b1/b2 — left/right lateral distance (distance from the corresponding edge of the opening to the obstacle).
  6. When measuring H and B (height and width of the opening), the largest value is taken as the final size; when measuring h1, b1, b2, the smallest. The discrepancy between the wall levels can be no more than 3 mm, the discrepancy between the diagonals of the opening — no more than 5 mm.
