Industrial sectional doors made of aluminum panoramic panels with torsion mechanism ISD02

Panoramic sectional doors of the ISD02 series consist entirely or partially of panoramic panels, making them an ideal option for installation in buildings with glazed facades, for example, in car showrooms. The production of panoramic panels from aluminum profiles ensures their strength, and to increase the energy-saving and thermal insulation properties of the gate, it is recommended to combine panoramic and sandwich panels, as well as use T-bridge aluminum profiles, which are equipped with a polyamide thermal insert.
Application:
  • Automotive showrooms
  • Service stations
  • Fire stations
Advantages
The absence of a cold bridge in the sandwich panel, sealing along the entire contour due to seals, and leaf profiles with thermal separation guarantee maximum thermal efficiency of the door.
The glazing of panoramic panels, which has no analogues on the Russian market, can withstand blows with a hammer, crowbar, or stone.
The variety of types of gate lifts allows you to install them in rooms with any geometry of the internal space.
The gates are equipped with protection systems against cable breakage and spring breakage, which prevent the door leaf from falling in emergency situations.
A long service life and safety margin, a design that has been proven over the years ensure maximum reliability of the gate throughout its entire service life.

Parameter Value Notes
Thermal resistance, m² · °С/W 0,4 (В) depends on door size
Number of cycles durability 10 000 (opening/closing) cycles for door and parts; 25 000 cycles for springs
Door leaf weight, kg/m² 14,5 depends on type and size of door panels
Force of manual opening and closing, N 260

Door leaf should smoothly slide vertically along the tracks, and be properly balanced, i. e. counterbalancing mechanism should compensate leaf weight.

For opening the door in manual operation use only the door handle.

Do not lift too much force when opening/closing the door. Prevent any sharp movements of the door.

Keep people and animals clear of opening while door is operated.

Never stay or cross an opening under a moving door leaf as it may cause serious injury or death.

Don’t strike the door leaf or obstruct its movement.

Keep tracks and rollers clean, as dirt may prevent the door from smooth movement and cause overloading and damage of the door operator (if used).

Keep the door opening clear of any objects and litter as it may unbalance and jam the door leaf.

Mounting Options
Checking Dimensional Details
Overhead mounting. All the tracks are mounted on the headroom and side rooms inside the premise.
Overhead mounting. All the tracks are mounted on the headroom and side rooms inside the premise.
  1. All the necessary measurements are taken inside the premises with just a measuring tape and a water level. Every dimension should be taken at least in three points:
  2. H — opening height (distance from floor to opening top);
  3. B — opening width (distance between left and right side of the opening);
  4. h — headroom (distance between opening top and ceiling) min 150 mm;
  5. b1/ b2 — left/right sideroom (distance between a corresponding opening edge and obstacle) min 120 mm;
  6. L — backroom.
  7. When measuring Н and В the largest figure is taken for final dimension.
  8. When measuring h, b1, b2 and L the smallest figure is taken for final dimension.
  9. Difference of floor level along the opening should not exceed 10 mm. Make sure that mounting surface of headroom and siderooms is level. The inside perimeter of the door opening should be framed with metal or other solid material in case the surface is not concrete or solid enough to install tracks system.
Warranty print

DoorHan warrants to the original purchaser of the product that the sandwich panels and steel profiles of the track system will be free from corrosion for a period of ten years.

Specifications
Parameter Value Notes
Thermal resistance, m² · °С/W 0,4 (В) depends on door size
Number of cycles durability 10 000 (opening/closing) cycles for door and parts; 25 000 cycles for springs
Door leaf weight, kg/m² 14,5 depends on type and size of door panels
Force of manual opening and closing, N 260
Operating Conditions

Packaging
Packing in cardboard Packaging features
Description The door leaf and the tracks system are packed in a fibre board and polystyrene combination wrapped in a stretch film.Hardware is packed a box wrapped in a stretch film. All packages are labeled with stickers containing order information and DoorHan logo.

Number of items in the packaging leaf packaging — from 3 to 13 panels; tracks package — 1 track system; hardware — 1 box (or more); extra packages (for framing, delta-profile/struts, etc.)
Additional Information

Sandwich panels should be stored in producer’s packaging on a flat horizontal surface in warehouses or under a canopy for a period not exceeding 6 months from the production date. Provide proper protection from water, snow, dirt, and direct sunlight.

Checking Dimensional Details
  1. All the necessary measurements are taken inside the premises with just a measuring tape and a water level. Every dimension should be taken at least in three points:
  2. H — opening height (distance from floor to opening top);
  3. B — opening width (distance between left and right side of the opening);
  4. h — headroom (distance between opening top and ceiling) min 150 mm;
  5. b1/ b2 — left/right sideroom (distance between a corresponding opening edge and obstacle) min 120 mm;
Warranty

DoorHan warrants to the original purchaser of the product that the sandwich panels and steel profiles of the track system will be free from corrosion for a period of ten years.
