Sliding door for chambers with controlled gas environment RGS series

Installed as part of sealed chambers for storing fruits and vegetables in a controlled gas environment. The use of a specialized seal and eccentric valves in the design ensures reliable tightness. The aluminum frame and edging of the canvas guarantee reliable operation of the structure in conditions of high humidity. Installing a viewing window makes it easier to monitor the quality of stored products.
Application:
  • Fruit and vegetable storage
Advantages
One hundred percent tightness of the door allows you to maintain higher pressure inside the room.
Aluminum, used for the manufacture of the frame and frame of the canvas, guarantees increased corrosion resistance of the structure.
Installation of eccentric mechanisms ensures reliable locking of doors.
The lightweight and durable aluminum frame ensures ease of installation.
A hatch with an inspection window makes it possible to monitor the condition of stored products.

  1. All measurements are taken indoors. Each value must be measured at least at three different points to avoid inaccuracies.
  2. H is the height of the opening (distance from the floor to the top of the opening).
  3. B — opening width (distance from the left edge to the right edge of the opening).
  4. h1 — lintel (distance from the top of the opening to the obstacle).
  5. b1/b2 — left/right lateral distance (distance from the corresponding edge of the opening to the obstacle).
  6. When measuring H and B (height and width of the opening), the largest value is taken as the final size; when measuring h1, b1, b2, the smallest. The discrepancy between the wall levels can be no more than 3 mm, the discrepancy between the diagonals of the opening — no more than 5 mm.
