Folding bridge stationary FTF, sliding bridge FTS

Folding axles of the stationary and sliding series serve to organize loading and unloading space and are installed on an open ramp, compensating, depending on the model, the difference in height between the ramp and the car body of up to 360 mm. Bridges can be used with trucks that are approximately the same height, different from the ramp height.

Attention! Stationary and sliding levelers can only be used with pallet trucks and standard four-wheel lift trucks with inflatable wheels.

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of the dock leveler to ensure its safe and smooth operation.

Use special leveler to raise or lower the dock leveler.

Do not strike the leveler surface with heavy objects and never obstruct free movement of the leveler lip.

Keep the sliding rail, rollers, pins and bushings of the dock leveler clean and free of objects and spills that could become trip hazards.

Never stand under the leveler being lifted to prevent serious injury.

Ensure there are no objects under the leveler when lowering it.

Additional Information print

All the DoorHan products are loaded with hydraulic crane or fork-lift truck with 2 m long forks. Customer or installer is recommended to use similar equipment. When lifting with crane or other lifting device use slings of corresponding lifting capacity.

Checking Dimensional Details

Dock leveler both stationary and sliding, is installed on a specially prepared dock edge.

Every dimension should be taken at least in three points:
H – ramp height (distance from the dock floore to the ramp top);
B – truck bed width (distance between left and right side of the truck);
h – truck bed height (distance from the ground to truck bed).
When measuring Н and В the largest figure is taken for final dimension. When measuring h the smallest figure is taken for final dimension.

Warranty print

DoorHan warrants the vertical storing dock levelers to operate properly for a period of 1 year from purchase date for retail orders and for 2 years from purchase date for dealer orders.
