House kit EFFECT LIGHT 44

The EFFECT LIGHT 44 series house kit is a modern one-story house suitable for living in any climate zone. It is assembled from three modules with a total area of 44.35 m². Wood finishes and anthracite-colored structural elements create a unique elegant style, and the free layout of the interior space will allow you to organize the room in a way you want.

Advantages
The use of energy-efficient materials (sandwich panels with PIR insulation 100, 120, 150 mm thick), anti-corrosion treatment of components, and high seismic resistance allow EFFECT houses to be built and operated in a wide temperature range.
The absence of interior load-bearing walls allows for complete redevelopment of the interior space in a manner convenient for the owner.
During construction, only non-flammable and low-flammable materials are used: metal and PIR insulation. The flammability class of the sandwich panels used is G-1 (do not spread flame, do not burn), fire resistance limit is up to EI45. In addition, PIR does not contain harmful components and is odorless.
High precision manufacturing of components and preparation of mounting holes in production significantly simplify and speed up the installation process. The total construction period for the building's thermal circuit is only eight calendar days.
Sandwich panels use polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam as insulation - a modified polyurethane foam with improved energy efficiency characteristics, which are guaranteed by high foam density and low thermal conductivity.
The insulation and facing coatings of sandwich panels are resistant to various climatic influences and are not subject to destruction, mold and rot. In addition, PIR insulation is a moisture-resistant and non-hygroscopic material.
In terms of their strength characteristics, modular buildings are almost as good as those made of brick or stone. The service life of a house kit is 50 years.

1. People who have studied this manual are allowed to operate the EFFECT LIGHT house kit.

2. It is not allowed to attach equipment, engineering systems, furniture and various devices to structures and elements of the house kit in places not provided for in the working documentation or operating instructions.

3. It is prohibited to independently make changes to the design of the components of the house kit and install additional equipment.

4. It is prohibited to carry out processing (drilling, cutting, etc.) of painted steel structures of the house kit, which damage the paint and varnish coating. The operating conditions of the house kit must comply with GOST 22853-86. Operating air temperature values during operation must comply with GOST 22853-86: from -40 to +45 °C.

5. It is prohibited to operate the house without ventilation.

6. During operation, preventive inspections, maintenance and repairs should be carried out in accordance with the operation manual. It is allowed to repair paintwork damaged during transportation of products, loading and unloading or construction and installation works, using repair materials similar to the materials of the main coating.

7. Installation of home-made heating and electric heating devices and appliances in the house kit is not allowed.

  4. Select the optimal foundation to support the installation of a block container or modular building.
  5. Accept the foundation, control the arrangement of the support points of the block containers in a single horizontal plane and the dimensions in accordance with the diagram. The efficiency and quality of installation of a modular building depends on the foundation structure.
  6. The installation surface (foundation) must meet the requirements of a single horizontal level of the main points of support for block containers or modular buildings; bear loads from the structure of block containers or a modular building, taking into account operational loads from equipment, personnel, snow and possible other loads.
Warranty print

The warranty period is calculated from the date of signing the universal transfer documents and is 5 years, provided that the consumer complies with all rules of operation, transportation, storage and installation.
Complaints can be made during the warranty period, provided that the consumer complies with the requirements of the instructions for operating the building with the drawing up of a claim statement containing:
• the name of the organization in which the building is operated, its postal address,
• the date of receipt of the building from manufacturer,
• nature of the damage and the conditions under which it occurred,
• conclusion of the commission with the participation of a representative of the interested party.
Changes to the design of the EFFECT house kit not agreed with the supplier are not covered by the supplier's warranty.
